Well there appears to be no weakening of the 'special relationship' between USA and UK when it comes to sweets and candy. Despite the straining of political relations caused by the BP oil disaster, further compounded by allegations relating to the bomber of Pan-Am flight 103, we have seen our american sweets and american candy sky-rocket in popularity in recent weeks.
